I’m a distance runner and running coach, and I also have a running blog. I’ve been running for 20 years and it has changed my life in many ways. I love helping other runners to work towards their goals and accomplish great things! I started running in high school to stay in shape for other sports and then continued running through college as a way to maintain some fitness. In my early 20s, I fell in love with running and it became a way to manage stress during grad school and working full time. When I’m not running I work as a licensed mental health counselor in K-12 schools to support social-emotional learning.
