I am a passionate runner, yoga teacher, and a community advocate. Running is more than just a hobby for me. It is a way of expressing myself, challenging myself, and connecting with others. I have run in many different places and terrains, from urban streets to scenic trails, from flat roads to hilly mountains. I enjoy the diversity and the adventure that running offers.
Yoga is another passion of mine that I love to share with others. I have been practicing yoga since I realized that the body and mind can do wonderful things if you ease into it. I am certified in vinyasa style, and have experience teaching students of all levels and backgrounds, sharing my love for practice and its benefits for physical and mental health. I believe that running and yoga are complementary activities that can help anyone achieve a balanced and happy lifestyle.
