Pioneering sports brand INOV8 will make their Boston Run Show debut in 2025.
Having drawn huge crowds to their stand at this year’s National Running Show in the UK, the brand has now decided to bring their innovation buzz to Boston. Visitors can expect to see cutting-edge trail and road running shoes hot off the design line, as well as award-winning apparel, packs and equipment. INOV8 also hopes to have some of its elite athlete team in attendance, serving up inspiring stories from the world’s toughest running events.
Founded in 2003 in the mountains of the English Lake District, INOV8 has grown internationally over the last two decades and gained many loyal users along the way. This year has seen INOV8 implement the biggest changes in its history with a radical new footwear collection that headlines a first-ever rebrand. With a new anatomical foot-shape fit to all its 2024 footwear, the brand is focused on giving runners everything they need and nothing they don’t.
INOV8 founder Wayne Edy said: “We are hugely ambitious and, of course, innovative within everything we do. We thrive to empower the world’s physical and mental fitness through more fulfilling sporting experiences. “We neither over engineer nor under engineer our products, in the belief that nature knows best. We let your foot control the shoe, not the shoe control the foot. “Products and innovations are developed to enable ‘the flow’ – a state of mind and feeling sportspeople get when all distractions fall away, leaving nothing but the pure enjoyment of accomplishment. This allows runners to go faster, or longer again. “We are really excited to bring all this – and much more – to Boston in 2025.”
To prove the footwear works in the toughest of race environments, INOV8 has enjoyed seeing its shoes on the feet of athletes achieving amazing things. In 2024 alone, the 268-mile Spine Race – dubbed the UK’s most brutal race – was won by Jack Scott, while at the notorious 100-mile Barkley Marathons in Tennessee, Jasmin Paris (from The Green Runners) became the first-ever female finisher. Both wore INOV8 footwear in their successes.
