I am a marathon runner and a physical therapist living on the Westside of Los Angeles. I fell in love with running after my first 5k 16 years ago (though my love affair with the marathon started much, much later 😉). Running is wonderful for the longevity it affords, the inclusivity of people from all walks of life, and is unparalleled in the supportive community from wonderful people all around the globe. I love race expos almost as much as I love racing so I am super excited about RunShow because I can finally enjoy an expo without wanting to get off my feet for the race!
