Chrissy Carroll is a runner, triathlete, and all around wellness enthusiast. As a slower, curvier athlete, Chrissy is passionate about body diversity in running. She loves encouraging women of all shapes, sizes, and speeds to cross the finish line of their first race (and we all know after that, you’re hooked!).
Chrissy has completed two full marathons, along with numerous half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks. She’s also competed in both sprint and Olympic distance triathlons.
On the professional side, Chrissy is an RRCA Running Coach, USAT Level I Triathlon Coach, and Registered Dietitian. On an everyday basis, she can be found sharing food and fitness tips on her website, Snacking in Sneakers. She resides in central Massachusetts, one of the best spots for running in the fall.
