hi, besides being a married father of 2 sons, I am a Technology professional
At all other times, I am an avid sportsman. Since I was a child, I have played organized sports and keeping fit into my 50’s with Running, Cycling, Skiing, Camping, Fishing, Softball, Bowling and Hiking. Always looking to make an activity into a workout.
I have run over 100 road races or similar, including 4 marathons and 15 half marathons, duathlons and obstacle races such as Spartan.
I have run up Mount Washington in New Hampshire, because it’s there. I also run in any country I travel too.
I try top live life to the fullest every day.
