My name is Jeffrey and I love running. The first thing I do on vacations is find out where I can run. My favorite places so far are Hawaii and Rome. On weekends I can be found in the local woods will my dog Chandler. During the year I can be found running relays and half marathons such as the Shamrock Shuffle to the Brewery Chase relay.
