I am a 50 year old road and trail runner, Hospitalist physician assistant, who is passionate about all forms of running! Recently completed Black Canyon Ultra 100K, and now looking forward to Boston Marathon 2024 in a few weeks!! I recently started the ANF (Allegheny national forest) trail running group in Warren, PA and am excited to bring more people together through running. I have been running since the 7th grade and hope to run until I am 90!!! Spreading my joy of running is my favorite thing to do!!
