Liz is a passionate long-distance hiker and trail runner with an impressive list of accomplishments, including fastest known times for women on trails such as the Appalachian Trail (northbound), Long Trail, Pinhoti Trail, Swiss Via Alpina, and Kungsleden. In addition to her hiking achievements, She is also a Boston-based pianist and composer, creating music inspired by nature and her lived experiences.
