Patrick Caron is a professional athlete and runner, competing internationally and training on the rugged trails and mountains of New England.
For the majority of his life, running has been a major focus and passion, combined with his hope to use running as a way to connect with a broader community and promote wellness and environmental conservation through his adventures and endeavors.
Patrick is dedicated to cultivating the local and global running community, especially by focusing his efforts on the accessibility of the sport.
He works closely with numerous running clubs and event organizers to support them through media coverage, coaching, commentating, outreach, fundraising, and more.
He is on the Trail Animals Running Club board as their Director of Marketing & the TARC Trail Series.
The non-profit TARC aims to act as community stewards by providing equitable access to trail running and promoting positive trail running culture through free group runs and low cost races from 5K to 100+ miles.
